The Juvéderm® Volux™ XC Treatment
To begin your treatment process, your injection area will be cleansed, and a topical anesthetic will be applied to ensure you’re comfortable throughout. Volux™ also contains lidocaine to further ease the injection process. Once the numbing agent has activated, the hyaluronic acid gel is injected in the skin using a very fine needle. What to Expect Following Juvéderm® Volux™ XC
It’s normal to experience slight redness, sensitivity, and itchiness at the injection site after treatment, but these side effects typically subside quickly.
